Diagnostic evaluation of HER-2 as a molecular target

A two component solution. Recommended for :

• immunohistochemistry and 820-PVT10636 immunoblotting.
• Uses LB salt which produces a brilliant red colour at reaction site.
• Easy to use. Simply mix the 2 liquid components 1:1 and apply.

Single component, ready to use reagent. A several fold increase in staining intensity may be achieved by simply incubating the tissue section in this reagent for 1 minute prior to applying an appropriate AP substrate.
